Closure Systems International’s Vaco-Cap is designed especially for hot-filled beverages that create a vacuum after cooling. To prevent premature closure release and bursting bottles and to enhance consumer safety, Vaco-Cap offers a unique venting solution for pressure build-up within a container that can occur from product fermentation.

Vaco-Cap has a top and side sealing liner profile with punch-outs that allow excess pressure to escape before internal pressure reaches three bars. Vaco-Cap continues to operate effectively after a container has been opened and resealed.

The Vaco-Cap system is available on different closure types, according to your branding needs;
